Terms & Conditions – Rage Party

  1. The Promoter for the purposes of this registration process to be selected for an entry to the event and these terms and conditions is Urban Nerds Agency Limited (company number 08499571).
  2. The registration process shall commence on 10th January 2019 and will close at 15th January 2019 on 0:00 and any entries received outside of this period will not be valid.
  3. To register, all entrants must complete all mandatory fields on the online form and submit their completed survey. Only complete surveys will be valid and entered into the process.
  4. Only one entry per person can be made. If more than one entry is made by one person, only the first entry will be valid.
  5. The Event shall take place between 19:30 – 22:30 on 16th January 2019 at Dalston Heights, 230 Dalston Ln, London E8 1LA.
  6. Any person may apply for a place on the guestlist for themselves and one additional person by completing the form at tnfrageparty.com. There are only limited place on the guestlist, which shall be awarded on a first come first served basis.  Applications for the guestlist will close at 00:00 on 15 January 2019
  7. Only persons on the guestlist will be permitted to enter the Event. Place on guestlist is no guarantee of entry to the Event. Capacity at venue is limited to 200. Entry is conditional on provision of proof of age and government identification and compulsory body/bag/possession search. Entry to the Event is at Promoter’s and Venue’s complete discretion.
  8. Promoter and/or Venue reserve right, acting in their complete discretion, to exclude any persons from the Event without warning or compensation for any reason.
  9. Successful applicants to guestlist will be informed via email. Email is not a ticket and does not guarantee entry to the Event.
  10. All entrants and attendees must be aged 18 or over and proof of age may be required. The Promoter reserves the right to take steps to verify the eligibility of entrants and/or the validity of entries.
  11. Only 600 valid entries drawn at random from all valid entries in the presence of an independent adjudicator shall secure a place. In the event of any dispute the decision of the Promoter is final. The winner will be notified via email on 15th January 2019 and will need to confirm their attendance by 16th January 2019.
  12. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any consequence thereof, either direct or indirect.
  13. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for entries that may be lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to, in exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid disappointment.
  15. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.
  16. The North Face as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or affiliates, will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any entrants or accept any liability for any loss or damage occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  17. Entrants consent to participating in publicity arising from this promotion. The publicity may be in the form of, but not limited to: appearing in the resulting report in which the winner’s data may be used.
  18. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes, which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of England and Wales. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If, for any reason, any entrant has any queries or complaints about any aspect of the Promotion, please contact via nerd@urbannerdscollective.com and someone will happily resolve any arising issues.
